Speed Sessions

*once a week for one hour* (4pm to 5pm)

  • Coach Deuce & Coach O’Conner will teach you the proper way to increase your speed on the football field

  • Coach O’Conner has been a speed & strength coach at multiple D1 football universities. Such as, Boston College, WKU, Louisville, Maryland, and Colorado

Film Study

We will be using hudl to go over technique, plays, and assignments to help every athlete improve their skills and football IQ. Learning by physically seeing how you are preforming is 10x more effective than just telling them on the field.

 

College Level Tips and Techniques

I will provide you with college level coaching expertise along with the opportunity for you to train with other college athletes. Together, we will guide your performance to its maximum potential while you gain personal insight at what its like at the college level.
